GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are kept at The Arbor for customer pick up under the recipient's full name.
A placeholder graphic will be provided that can be printed at home if you wish to provide the recipient with a physical gift. The graphic provided is not the actual gift card and cannot be redeemed as such. Our gift cards have no expiry date, and if the recipient does not spend the entire value of the card, The Arbor will re-issue a new card with the balance available for further redemption.

Due to inconsistencies in the mail system and recipient addresses, we no longer mail cards via Canada Post.  

Please allow up to 2 business days (m-f) for processing of all orders.

Please notify your server when seated if you have a gift card on hold.

Gift Cards are final sale. They are non-refundable and have no cash value. 
Gift Cards are also available in any denomination at the restaurant.
Gift Cards are only redeemable for the restaurant they were purchased and are not interchangeable
